Description

Top cop Malone and his partner are out to get the city's low-lifes. Using the dirt they have on a brutal drug lord and his illegal dealings, they are summoned to testify against him. Later his partner is found with a bullet in his head and Malone knows exactly who is behind the murder. It's now time to settle the score as Malone turns into a one-man army against the drug dealer.
