Debut album the original Acid Jazz band, available on CD after a 20 year absence. The excitement of the early JTQ did much to drive the early Acid Jazz scene. Organist Taylor was a founder member of 80s cult heroes The Prisoners, and brought that band's 60s influences into his jazz group. Spy themes, car chases, Quincy Jones and Jimi Hendrix collide throughout the 12 tracks contained within. Surely the only band of the time to have been championed by both John Peel & Gilles Peterson.
