Description

When a medieval monk unexpectedly dies in a horrific way, the Church sends The Inquisitor, a rational man of science, to investigate the inexplicable events. As more monks die mysteriously, The Inquisitor finds himself implicated in the deaths and soon learns that science cannot explain the horrors around him as an ancient evil seeks to destroy everything.
