Description

Monster Hunt was released last summer in China and many Asian countries. Upon release, it became a huge commercial success, breaking numerous box office records, and is now the highest-grossing film in China. The great score to Monster Hunt was composed by Chinese stage and screen composer Leon Ko, who has written scores for many musicals, including Heading East (2001 Richard Rodgers Development Award winner). His works have been performed at Carnegie Hall, as well as on Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), where he wrote songs for the children series the Puzzle Place. Munster Hunt has a brilliant score that perfectly fits the fantasy and action of the film.
