Twelve years since he founded the F Communications record label, RETROSPECTIVE 94-06 presents a selection of Laurent Garnier's best works since 1994. Including songs from his albums, "classic" tracks dedicated to the dancefloor, his own remixes and reworks that friends have done. This is an album which reflects the artist - it's demanding, passionate, dare-devil, gifted, curious and versatile. The expression "one of the best DJs in the world" does not do this man justice. He is a one in a million fighting spirit, and has been fighting for over 15 years to get great music to the public.
