After four celebrated albums under the name Appliance, which James Brooks published on courage in the late 90s, he is now back with his new solo project Land Observations!Land Observations evolved from historic sites literally a foot walk away from Brooks' home - the ancient streets of the once enormous Roman Empire. still go through LondLondLondLondon the ancient city core, through Scotland, Wales and across the entire continent. James Brooks always had the intention of an instrument project that should "look visually... Soundscapes, that meets it well". After an EP on Enraptured Records and an appearance at the Mutes Short Circuit Festival 2011, James Brooks knew he had to "continue and produce an album". On the new album "Roman Roads IV - XI", he discovers the power of minimalism to combine it with warm and moving atmosphere.
