Jan The Man - Long Player on CD

Description

A purely instrumental electronic project by Jan The Man. Industrial, ambient, drone and melancholic pop from Jan Burnett (Spare Snare / The Grand Gestures) 'Long Player' has been recorded before, during and after any lockdown. Recorded using physical keyboards and drum machines all synched up rather than a laptop and plug ins. "I see this as a rather personal album, despite being purely instrumental, it has recurring themes and moods which place the listener to where I was when recording. I hope you enjoy it, but that isn't the ultimate goal, this one is for me." All the tracks have been beautifully mastered specifically for 'Long Player' by Andrew Thompson at Sound Performance, London, giving a full stereo soundscape.
