Dong Hyek Lim takes two pianistic roles on this all-Rachmaninov album: soloist with the BBC Symphony Orchestra and Alexander Vedernikov in the much-loved 'Piano Concerto No 2 in C minor', and duo partner to his mentor, the great Martha Argerich, in the composer's two-piano transcription of the enthralling and enigmatic 'Symphonic Dances'.
