Description

Dr Elena Kinder (Kathleen Turner) and Dr Heep (Christopher Lloyd) have designs on world domination, and intend to achieve it by cracking the code of a secret baby language. One of their unwilling guinea pigs, two-year-old Sly, escapes and enlists the help of his twin brother Whit to thwart the duo's evil plans.
