How Maximiles Points works

For every £1 you spend at SimplyGames, you can earn up tp 6 Maximiles Points. You can set up an Maximiles Points account without leaving the SimplyGames Web site and it is completely free. Your Maximiles Points are stored in an account on the Maximiles Points website.

Maximiles Points earned through SimplyGames can be spent 14 days after your goods are shipped by us.

You can go to the Maximiles Points Web site at any time to spend your points.

New to Maximiles Points?

Joining Maximiles Points is easy - you can do it without leaving the SimplyGames website! All you have to do is create a SimplyGames account and follow the instructions within the Registration page.

The Maximiles Points earned on your order will automatically be added to your Maximiles Points account on the same day that we ship your goods! They remain as pending for 14 days after which you can spend them.

Already an Maximiles Points member?

You can link your Maximiles Points account to your SimplyGames account so you earn Maximiles Points automatically when you check out.

Log into your SimplyGames account and follow the instructions to link it to your Maximiles Points account.

When you use your SimplyGames account to checkout, the points earned on your order will automatically be added to your Maximiles Points account. These will be visable in your Maximiles Points account on the same day that we ship your goods!

Maximiles Points earned through SimplyGames can be spent 14 days after your goods are shipped by us.

Check your Maximiles Points e-mail preferences

When you have joined Maximiles Points, you can log into your account on the Maximiles Points site and check the permission that you give Maximiles Points to contact you.

By default, Maximiles Points will send you offers and surveys by e-mail and in the post.

If you don't want to receive them, go to the My Personal Information screen, uncheck the Mailing boxes and click the grey "Validate the changes" button at the bottom.

How to spend your Maximiles Points

To spend your Maximiles Points, log in to you account on the Maximiles Points site and click on the Spend Maximiles Points tab.

This shows you the products that you can exchange your Maximiles Points for and how to claim your rewards.

You cannot spend your Maximiles Points directly on the SimplyGames website – you must go through the Maximiles Points website. But you can spend your Maximiles Points on SimplyGames products!

What happens if I return my goods?

Any Maximiles Points you earn as a result of purchasing from SimplyGames remain as 'pending' in your Maximiles Points account for 14 days. After 14 days they spent on free gifts and rewards.

If you return any goods to SimplyGames for any reason within this period, the Maximiles Points relating to that purchase will be cancelled from your Maximiles Points account.

Claiming Maximiles Points on your old orders

If you have placed an order but forgot to claim your Maximiles Points, you can still get your Maximiles Points up to 14 days after placing your order.

Firstly, please ensure that you have an Maximiles Points account and that it is correctly linked to your SimplyGames account. When you've done that, send us a message with your SimplyGames order number and details of your Maximiles Points username (email).

We will then allocate the appropriate number of Maximiles Points to your Maximiles Points account.
