The ipoints Loyalty Scheme is a extra way for us to say "Thank you" for shopping at SimplyGames! Its membership base includes loads of national retailers including Boots, John Lewis, Debenhams and of course, SimplyGames!

When you buy consoles, games or accessories from SimplyGames, you earn ipoints if you live in the UK. These can be spent against any items in the ipoints online reward catalogue.

The ipoints you earn are worth about 2.5% of your order total - the more you spend, the more you earn! You can spend your ipoints on a huge range of products including CDs, DVDs, homeware, gadgets, gifts and of course video games.

How ipoints works

For every £1 you spend at SimplyGames, you earn 5 ipoints. You can set up an ipoints account without leaving the SimplyGames Web site and it is completely free. Your ipoints are stored in an account on the ipoints website.

ipoints earned through SimplyGames can be spent 14 days after your goods are shipped by us.

You can go to the ipoints Web site at any time to spend your points.

New to ipoints?

Joining ipoints is easy - you can do it without leaving the SimplyGames website! All you have to do is create a SimplyGames account and follow the instructions within the Registration page.

The ipoints earned on your order will automatically be added to your ipoints account on the same day that we ship your goods! They remain as pending for 14 days after which you can spend them.

Already an ipoints member?

You can link your ipoints account to your SimplyGames account so you earn ipoints automatically when you check out.

Log into your SimplyGames account and follow the instructions to link it to your ipoints account.

When you use your SimplyGames account to checkout, the points earned on your order will automatically be added to your ipoints account. These will be visable in your ipoints account on the same day that we ship your goods!

Check your ipoints e-mail preferences

When you have joined ipoints, you can log into your account on the ipoints site and check the permission that you give ipoints to contact you.

By default, ipoints will send you offers and surveys by e-mail and in the post.

If you don't want to receive them, go to the My Personal Information screen, uncheck the Mailing boxes and click the grey "Validate the changes" button at the bottom.

How to spend your ipoints

To spend your ipoints, log in to you account on the ipoints site and click on the Spend ipoints tab.

This shows you the products that you can exchange your ipoints for and how to claim your rewards.

You cannot spend your ipoints directly on the SimplyGames website – you must go through the ipoints website. But you can spend your ipoints on SimplyGames products!

What happens if I return my goods?

Any ipoints you earn as a result of purchasing from SimplyGames remain as 'pending' in your ipoints account for 14 days. After 14 days they spent on free gifts and rewards.

If you return any goods to SimplyGames for any reason within this period, the ipoints relating to that purchase will be cancelled from your ipoints account.

Claiming ipoints on your old orders

If you have placed an order but forgot to claim your ipoints, you can still get your ipoints up to 14 days after placing your order.

Firstly, please ensure that you have an ipoints account and that it is correctly linked to your SimplyGames account. When you've done that, send us a message with your SimplyGames order number and details of your ipoints username (email).

We will then allocate the appropriate number of ipoints to your ipoints account.
